We are open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. On Sundays, we’re available by appointment to better serve you.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. We understand that things happen and are happy to accommodate when possible.

Yes, we accept walk-ins, but we recommend calling ahead to ensure availability. This helps us provide the best service without long wait times.

All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies and distemper, before boarding or receiving grooming services. It helps keep everyone safe and healthy.
